In the wellness and athletic performance area, there has  been quite a bit of discussion recently about structured water. I’ve been wondering about it myself, so I invited Jim Proser, the co-owner of Healthier Living and the executive producer of the popular tele-seminar series, Wellness Revolution, to the show to explain what it is, why it might be important to pay attention to, and the research that has gone into it.
